I paid, but didn't get picks

If you’ve already paid and have an active subscription, you’ll receive the picks between 9 AM and 3 PM Pacific Time, at least 2 hours before the first game in our plays begins.


You’ll see the picks in the app and also receive them via email once they’re available.


If there are no plays for the day, you’ll get a notification in the app and email as soon as we know.


If your account is active but you still see a message about Free Picks or Paid Plans, go to the Account tab and confirm that the plan shown matches the one you paid for. If it doesn’t, reach out to us through chat — our team will assist you right away.
